1 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1 egg
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce or plain yogurt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners or lightly grease the cups.
In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Mix them together until evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, olive oil, and water WhiskoPet's Kitchen chicken broth until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. The dough will be thick.
Spoon the batter into the cupcake tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cupcakes are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
